There have been recent changes in control at 4 companies and basically the same players have been involved.

The companies, including BAYP, COHO, SPRV, and HLLK, have all recently scrambled to post long overdue financial reports. Several of the same individuals have been involved with the above 4 companies since May 2020. The common thread appears to be BAYP's Corporate Secretary and long-time Pinkyland scammer, Paul Strickland.

COHO is no longer in the picture, as it got whacked with an SEC Trading Suspension. At this point the end-game is unknown, but Reverse Splits and a merger of 3 OTC Pinkyland slugs is not out of the realm of possibility.
