Something worth mentioning is that as the share price goes up the number of shares that have to be issued to White Lion to receive money goes down. So as the stock price increases, the number of shares they own will be less and less than 5% of the OS, which they are contractually obligates to not exceed.

What I'm getting at is that the assumption they will sell all of their shares as soon as they get them or shortly thereafter doesn't mesh when White Lion is better off being fed a steady diet of shares as the price is increasing. They stay under 5% and their value is constantly increasing. They're an equity fund...not a lender trying to just recover what they can as soon as they can.

White Lion Capital, LLC invests in high growth early-stage public companies that seek to become industry leaders in trending sectors and become long-term financial partners.
