Good morning. No one has given us anything. The PR to acquire a company with no name. Declining revenues in a space unrelated to Crypto is how I read it. Only a $200k acquisition price with some paid now and some on I O U. It doesn't add up. No shares given in the transaction? Are these guys shareholders already? Or do they see no value in shares and not want any? Or is it there was no disclosures around profit because there is not much?

All facinating questions.. The CEO should come out and have a conference call to talk us through his strategy.. what's he afraid of?? I assume he can speak.. lol
