This can be diluted 6 times over as is. Share structure is concerning (a *few billion AS*). JC being attached to this is a red flag imo.

Looking at over 39 shells he’s been involved with over the past decade, I have yet to find anything completed, or anything that shows profitability.

Is anyone concerned about the lengthy list of dissolved businesses / failed business endeavors? What about what happened to COWP? The fact that JC and Bux pumped this / alerted prior to any legal filings was disgusting/ criminal
