The confirmation will be delayed while they litigate with the secured creditor in the separate lawsuit and haggle with the claims they've challenged. They also have to file and get approval for either the reverse split or A/S increase to accommodate the additional shares the plan promises.

Meanwhile, the music will stop and the brutal dump-off will begin. The only thing left to decide is whether to blame it on "shorty" or the evil market makers who won't let the price go up.
