Completely disregard my previous post.....

That's an interesting topic actually. Obviously companies give out preferred shares instead of commons to exactly NOT suffer if something like a RS or whatever happens to the commons. So from that perspective I would not be surprised to not see the conversion ratio be adjusted. Now you are saying you have seen companies basically always adjust these conversion ratios and strangely enough in 15 years I have never really observed whether companies really adjust this stuff after a RS. Now I surely hope you are right and they will do that but I'm not holding my breath for now. Float will be very low either way for the next 6 months. I think the 6 months restriction starts once they are converted right.

I completely messed up my analysis of this situation, so disregard my previous post. The current share structure on OTC Markets is most likely correct (assuming the sisters converted the preferred).

Stamp "Complete Idiot" on my forehead. I went back into some of the QGSI SEC filings from many years ago and found out the Series A preferred shares do in fact have an anti-dilutive feature so the conversion ratio remains constant regardless of the reverse split. I should have taken the time to look up the designation language and confirm some things before writing that post.

I may need to give up on investments if I continue make these kinds of blatantly-stupid mistakes.
