Until more money flows in, this is going to be at the whim of MMs. Just how it is. And at a moment's notice, the OTC application will be approved and AMECA will send out a flow of filings. So one can either wait it out on the sidelines, or take a pile now. Either way, complaining about it gets tiresome and only helps the MMs play their games.
