MSSV has a new IR team just thought I’d share - also see response below!

Hello Mr.XXXX, thanks for reaching out. Admittedly we were initially unsure how everything would turn out with Mr. Christensen joining MSSV. We saw what happened at LAHO and weren’t sure what that would do to Meso. However, since he has taken over, a fresh new excitement has swept over the whole org and we are grateful, also pleased that most of our sincere investors and supporters equally see this as a huge win for us, as we transform Meso Numismatics into this exciting new market.



The timeline to complete the acquisition is contingent upon 3 final high-level items:

Completing the 10k and subsequent 10q’s getting MSSV fully current
Completing the full audit of GSCG for final due diligence requirements prior to final payment
Completing the final payment to GSCG


In between and after all that are a million sub-tasks and details that have filled our Project tracking assignments and duties. We are all working hard to get this done.



As for LAHO stock, the Board Resolution to issue the preferred MSSV shares for LAHO holders was completed last year, but those will not be issued to SH’s until the GSCG deal is complete.



As for timing, legal has made it clear that we are not to give any dates out as it is impossible to have perfect accuracy on dates and we don’t want to inaccurately communicate with our investors and the market in general. That being said, we can confirm that our financial accountants have passed on all docs to the auditors and we in that sweet window of waiting for the 10k docs.
