It was a dividend given off of Mellon resources ( a Mario pimp scam ) that was shit down by the sec .... it never even really traded ...... hasn’t filed in a decade basically .... guessing someone has acquired the shell and is gonna clean it up .... I’ve had my shares for sale for years at .0002 they were purchased today .... will continue to watch ..... either someone is boiler rooming this (it’s a grey sheet stock in a bad economy ) or someone is going to acquire shell and turn it into a real company ..... glad my shares got bought either way
