Thanks for addressing these questions! Since I am unqualified to even debate what is presented, your answers were clear cut.

What I did learn from $BMRN's fail in Phase III was that you can pretty much throw out Phase II data since it is so small. The fact that durability is important in Phase III for FDA approval stands out to me....so both Phase I and Phase II prove (somewhat) safety and effectiveness, the Phase III trial has a lot of people in the trial. Also, the bleeding issues were a big problem @ $BMRN.

I am hoping that Geert was smart in waiting for this durability and effectiveness for 100% proof of concept and wanted ALL the cards on the table.
