Theres no PR dept

I think the PR department is to blame

The IR person takes orders from the CEO as to what PRs to put out, if any. She has ZERO authority to make any PR without the CEO or some other execs approval

Candidly, the IR person for Elite has the easiest job in the world. Answer a few phone calls, issue a PR that the CEO and counsel approve.

She doesnt reach out to shareholders, create articles for publication, an investor deck or do much anything else to promote Elite

Anyone know her compensation for this?
