CONFIRMED?!: ROSILLO CANCELS 2.10B to-GO $1.00-using-his 2.20B so-he will still have 100 MILLION shares (100,000,000 shares?!) after that shareholders-value restoring move? 100 MILLION shares is a GIGANTIC AMOUNT of shares he will be left with?

2.80B - 2.10B = only 0.70B left after shareholders-value restoring move = "WE ARE GOING TO A DOLLAR" ?
