Lumber Prices, closed at $831 on Friday. On April 1, price was $260. Hyperbolic move. Why..? Certainly lumber fell very low during Covid spike down in March/April. But the rebound is just crazy. Don't know if its near all time highs, but its at a fifteen year high. Amongst other commodity types, only BDI makes these kinda moves without any other kind of external shock, as far as I have seen.
