Share offerings are for companies that are being mismanaged. They dilute an already high outstanding share count, on a share price that is already a ridiculously low share price, and drive it lower. Those newly issued shares are then usually used as convertible toxic debt. The company management continues getting fat off the hog, because pigs keep coming to slaughter. It is time to stand up to mismanagement, and hold them accountable now!
