Apparently it is up to each investor to obtain whatever insider info they can, using any source they can find. All perfectly legal, if you believe the "informed investor" guidance that doesn't seem to exist.

Besides, would you believe anything that PT would say in a call or letter? His history is not good.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
