Deserves more attention:

Such a phenomenal post. Thank you!

1. Bank feasibility & piloting complete on graphite

means a detailed report prepared or verified by a independent firm of consultants demonstrating the feasibility of placing the Property into commercial production. The study shall be in such form and include such details as is customarily required by institutional lenders of major financing for mining projects.

2. Off-take agreement in place valued at $200 million for material distribution

arrangement between a producer and a buyer to purchase or sell portions of the producer's upcoming goods. An offtake agreement is normally negotiated prior to the construction of a production facility—such as a mine or a factory—to secure a market for its future output.

3. Off-take offers on the table via the Indian Market

India’s demand for graphite from its steel, water filtration, and auto sectors is expected to grow rapidly. Tata Motors has invested heavily in EV technology, but will require a secure supply chain of strategic minerals to fulfill its ambitions.

**This may not be immediate, but could certainly be something we see down the road as AMECA gets it's supply chain going. Per their website "Current supply chains will struggle to meet anticipated demand" - However, just like initial off take agreement valued at $200,000,000 we could see a plethora of new offers after filings.

4. Why is Graphite so important? Supply & Demand

Supply

Seruwila Graphite Core Sample Results -

High Grade -
Ore in Tonnes - 13,702,500
Tonnes after Benefication 100% - 1,918,350
Internal Corporate Estimates - $4,000,000,000 USD

Low Grade -
Ore In Tonnes - 3,685,500
Tonnes after Benefication 100% - 184,275
Internal Corporate Estimates - $400,000,000 USD

Demand

for graphite is expected to surge as EV sales grow (Tesla, Tata Motors, Volkswagen) . Despite discussions surrounding changes in battery chemistry, graphite will remain a key element in EV batteries for at least the next decade

The natural purity of graphite is essential for two reasons. i) cost of processing and ii) quality of finished product. Not only does additional processing adds costs, it can also scratch and otherwise damage the graphite reducing its qualitative features and desirability to end users

Seruwawila graphite is among the purest in the world and therefore preferable over other sources for the requirements of battery manufacturers

There is money to be made here, imo ofc.
