Junk. Plain and simple. Woefully behind in filings and completely bereft of anything in the way of tangible assets you would need to get anything out of this trash. No history of earnings or revenue and highly likely never to start and of course nothing to sell. You have seen the wasteland of sisters, haven't you? Past is prologue my friend, past is prologue.
