Yep exactly. Within 9 Months from filing date of Reg A XALL should show either an amendment, Qualification, or Disqualification. Don't get it confused with the 12 month funding cycle of tier I, which also has a vote for amendment by the SEC to go as mush as $75M in leu of $50M funding cap.
I expect an amendment from Nash as well depending on the PPS near the time initiated. GLTA XALL
