University of PA says 2021 msnbc says 2023 I saw an expert epidemiologist say she thinks 2023 everything global society American society will be totally back to normal 100%. The 2021 guess is assuming a safe effective vaccine is available to like 80% of the population and even then society will not be totally 'back to normal' cuz there will still be various outbreaks worldwide and the deaths and infection rates maybe lower and thr virus may be mostly 'contained' but there will still be infections/deaths and places won't be open like clubs and bars at least not the same as before
