'We have completed the OTC application and are working to compile all financial statements for upload as soon as the application is granted'.

I would assume they completed the application ON or BEFORE August 12th.

OTC Application Timeline

The approval process and compliance review can take up to 3-4 weeks after submission of the application.

AMECA expects to report the fire assay results by August/September 2020
