Mr. Minden,

I have been a long term investor in Image Protect, Inc ("IMTL"). I was wondering if the PR released, supra, was, in fact, accurate and is still in effect? I am not seeking an explanation for obvious reasons, but I would like to know if your company is doing business with Image Protect, Inc and Larry Adams? If you could assist with a simple yes or no answer, I would be grateful for your time.

FYI: My opinion is what Image Protect has done to its shareholders is abhorrent, unethical, and other possibilities. What appears to be left of Image Protect is nothing more than a shell company.
