I absolutely agree 100%. The November 10th date could be historic in putting an end to Fanniegate, once and for all.

Interesting to contemplate an outcome where the SPSPA is nullified and all the distributions sent Treasury get returned. One interesting spin in such case would be the possible ruling that even the bailout amount of $187.5 B needs not be returned; neither General Motors or Citi repaid theirs.
