Would you know if there are any preferred shares owned by the BOD members that would not be affected by the RS. If so, then that's a concern. Reason for my concern is I was involved in a RS (10,000:1 RN*A) 2 weeks ago that did not affect the preferred shares of the BOD. Boy, did we get screwed!!
