B trial in hospitalized patients. Most of those people have corona virus in most of their cells already but B works best- we are told consistently- when used to prevent infection. Maybe the anti-inflammatory effect will then predominate.

Hmmm, let's think for a moment. What is the correct dose of B for that effect? You know, immune storm prevention? Oh yeah- I know- no one has a clue.

Not a clue.

Testing at the RBL and GMU focuses on doses for killing cells and not immune effects.

So if B fails in the trial did it fail? or should the trial be prophylactic for those at very high risk? or a different b dose? Or use of an inhaler in exposed people?

We can hope B for c trial works but very likely the wrong design
