What would be a normal license fee/server for using NLST tech?

Assuming that Google used at most 5.000.000 servers over the last 10 years, I'm not sure where the huge settlement amount estimates come from, even at treble damages.

Edit:

I just saw an older post in the board saying 'Typical patent litigation cases amount to 1% of revenue gained from the use of the patent in question.'

So the settlement would not be for a license fee, but for a % of revenue? Is that indeed what they were suing for? Is that why they went after Google? Obviously DDR manufacturers would have produced a lot more modules than Google, but compensation per module would be a lot lower.

Trying to get an idea on the level of settlement amounts with Google, Hynix, ...
