No growth, shrinking revenues, not profitable, non-SEC filer, horrific website that took 8 months to "design"-certainly not the only otc stock to invest in. They're spinning their wheels because the costs of revenues eat up whatever revenues they make. UCPA is down what, 80% since the high of .025 area? Next run is probably the time to unload this, unless they have spectacular news or can start to generate consistent profits. Speculative investment at best, all the sellers are out is the only positive I see at the moment.
