Why do you ask questions you are not going to like the answer to?

Yes, I believe a RS is needed if they intend to remain on Nasdaq - From the chart it looks like November is probably the drop dead date to complete it.

I think it will be reasonable, like 5-1 up to 15-1

But they WILL have to RS to stay listed no doubt about that unless they somehow break a dollar for 10 days I just see no way around it.
