Omg are you serious, sure they've given excuses, but they were very transparent in doing so. Time to sell your dead money, there's some billion share diluted pos's out there with your name on it. You know the ones with zero assets, zero products, zero patents, zero revenues, zero management, but wait, they all have a Walmart deal pending or better yet Amazon.

These guys share the names of the pending companies they are acquiring, unlike all the hyped up bullshitting, lying, stealing, corrupt CEO's out there.

Dude they are an OTCQB, Audited company with huge assets/revenues and up until covid, they were profitable.
