We know Medtronic has and will provide up to $41M in additional funding. We know Medtronic is utilizing titans IP and Know How to build their surgical robotic platform (which Medtronic has been unable to do in 10 years and $100’s of millions of dollars). We know that Medtronic could have partnered w ANYONE in the world to help them BUT they chose to Partner w Titan.

Medtronic took the offering at $18M, no one can prove it wasn’t them.
