trader59, here's what's not the norm with the NASDAQ...

I've been in and researched many bankruptcy stocks over the past 30 years or so during my investing tenure. I've read many court dockets with companies that have successfully emerged out of BK and some that were not successful even though it's been a while since I really devoted my time and confidence into one. So, I'm a little rusty, but this is the only one that I can recall to where a company actually stated going back to the NASDAQ within its plan.

This situation here here with BRTXQ is not of the norm and not a pump and dump. I believe the quality of their management and the people involved are not trying to pump investors. For them to have such stated within their Joint Reorganization Plan leads me to think that they just "might" truly have a plan.

Again, it's ok to agree to disagree.
