As I pointed out in a couple of posts since deleted, going dark has positive consequences. Speed, efficiency and savings in funds. To continually update the SEC and put up with shareholder complaints, going dark is a blessing in disguise. Uplisting to Nasdaq afterwards is your reward. Just my opinion.
