Not only that but viewing non public company information makes them insiders. Telling this to people on this board will not come close to "proper public disclosure" of that information. That is what PR's are for! They are not only gagged they can not trade any shares! Airys already has himself in hot water because of his actions this week. Private communication with company insider...doesn't happen Airys sells and then later tells this board he sold! That is a violation of insider trading laws! Then he hears back again from company insider he buys. Trading records combined with posts here will tell the story (unless the posts were deleted!). Tells people here he bought and is more postive than ever. Now OSC letter. OOOPs. Now what! He can't really sell because again he has insider information. Even if he tells this board that doesn't come close to "proper public disclosure"! That is why companies must make public disclosure!

They have put Stock and Airys right in the middle and if either one of them is trading they could very well be in violation of insider trading laws! These guys try to do the right thing and have been sucked in just like so many others back in August and September! It is truly a shame! JMHO!
