There is a question still open for you in post 340491.

And regarding:

Well....sp normally indicates the current state of affairs of a company.

Normally indeed. But wasn't the whole point that this is not always the case?

If investors believed that true value/or potential was more....the sp would be more. Pretty simple.

Pretty simple indeed. I said that they call that 'Market perception'. But Market perception is not considered proper DD. That is why Warren Buffett said that you should not look at the share price in order to find answers about the current state of 'affairs' of a company.

Full circle here, again.

But it doesn't even stop here: I also said that the people behind the funding of the litigation trajectory regarding just one EEZ block (some admitted that it must be "Offor and friends") are of the opinion that a time consuming effort (and funds) is justified to get a ROI at some point in time.

If you think that 'investors' ('group 1' from an earlier post of mine, remember?) know better what ERHC's 'current state of affairs' is than the absolute insiders ('group 2') then I'm baffled. Not in the least because of the fact that group 2 has not been releasing any information to group 1 anymore, for a considerable time...

Is it common sense what I'm trying to convey here? Yes it is.

Do not forget the question I asked in post 340491.

There is another question for SSC in that very same post, that has not yet been addressed:

Give me one example of a company anywhere in the world where the person calling the (final) shots is not the person who will financially profit from any future share price gains from that very same company!

Interesting quote:

No one knows what salaries and bonuses are paid, what contracts are handed out, etc. Instead, just like now, no one outside of Offor's circle knows anything about financial transactions, deals, or anything else about the company. How can anyone seriously say they don't see how Offor can make money while their shares wallow near zero as they have for over 3 years?

So, at least now you think there is a LOT going on right now in ERHC's day to day operations... a new narrative, since not so long ago ERHC was being portrayed as a technically bankrupt company, an empty shell?

Very interesting progress we are making here!

But despite that changing view on ERHC, most gains from a company, certainly an oil exploration company) are made via the share price appriciation. Not via day to day operations. Or are you suggesting Maffia practices at ERHC?

So, two open question still. See post 340491.

The Doctor.
