$1.5b contracts for 10 years with renewal option. How many times you heard a penny stock company signed billion dollars contract (1.5 billion, not million). It will run big time again next week, Mark my word. The PT was already $2 to $5 without this deal. Over time it will be a $20+ stock, just a matter of time.
