Ceo is essentially exchanging them for newly registered preferreds...News came out mid afternoon only on website...didnt hit news wires yet...but still almost got enough volume to break .10 resistance(hit .098 at close)....i expect news will be PR'd on monday some time...Looking forward to it...amazing ride so far

Still havent directly mentioned the pending multiple acquisitions they are closing on with the $50ml project financing or any other updates.... this definitely has much more in the tank with a 15.5 ml float...Looks like blue skies after .10 to me....weeeeeee
