Cool. My concern is IF the tech was sold and the buyer paid the LLC, would we have known. Why was the LLC ever formed? The technology was always under the pubco and now we’re debating where the asset resides. Is the pubco worth anything without tech and does the Plano operation still bring value to the Holdings company now that the tech is operating under the LLC majority owned by the CEO. Does the holding company still have interest in the tech LLC or did this “spinoff” take place without shareholders knowing being made whole for the transfer of asset if indeed it’s been moved. What is the tech worth of an offer was made and turned down? Hmmm
