I talked to Ewlls attorney in the past. He sometimes responds to email. Not always. Our last correspondence he asked that I reach out to EWLL IR directly. I pointed out an error in a filing and he responded.

Sadly, I know nothing about the Grey market. I don't want to either. I am not sure of the options after suspension if the suspension is not revoked if they don't end up in jail. I would imagine there would be problems if the SEC investigation proves fraud on LRDG. Not sure a name change will work either in this case.
