Maybe we’ll have to petition Nevada SOS for custodianship of the pubco and then claw back on the tech asset. The technology belongs to the shareholders and Mezaun under the holding company as I as it. I’ll start asking around for guidance. LLC’s aren’t pubco’s so she clearly had no plans to domicile the holding company in Delaware. Telefix Tech was formed as an LLC majority owned my Mezaun. But it’s a Holding sub asset per filings. If there’s value to the sub, Nevada should be current and shareholders are owed the spin off value as I see it.
