From what I can see, Mezaun is hiring interns for the tech sub in Plano. That’s our tech sub, not hers as I see it. Telefix Holdings is the parent pubco company and the LLC is a pass through entity featured as an asset for the Holding Company. If she received an offer for the Tech and turned it down, I’d like to know what the offer was. Holdings is due offer value+ if she intends on spinning off the sub. She can’t just take the technology and file an LLC taking position of asset without shareholder compensation. There’s a clear paper trail. I’m not saying she intends to screw shareholders and take the tech private but it sure looks like it with the new Delaware filing for the LLC and Nevada pubco being neglected.

This needs to be straightened up.
