Everyone needs to start digging and emailing company if concerned about the LLC just established in Delaware. The LLC is a sub according to company reports. The holding company with the shares is not current with Nevada. The company must bring it current and not try and transfer Telefix Com Hldg asset to a pass through entity LLC controlled by the CEO which is located in Collin County Texas.

If Telefix Communications Holdings does not get current with Nevada, this could be a custodian play where shareholders petition Nevada SOS to turn over the pubco to shareholders in fear of asset relocation and possible halt by Finra for non-reporting. Since past reports stated that Telefix Technologies is a sub of Holdings, another argument could be that the Tech division stay with the Holding company as originally formed and disclosed.

Mezaun is a majority owner of Telefix Technologies LLC. Not sure how that could be when she is a majority owner of he pubco Telefix Communications Holdings Inc. I believe the sub should be 100% wholly owned by the Holdings company which is Norman majority owned as it always was. Not like she started an unrelated company with a differing name and sector. I see the same tech company now reorganized as an LLC and the Holding pubco we all own shares in is sitting dormant. That’s a problem.
