At least one Note holder is getting shares alraedy at a 70% discount because conversion price was below .10 and RSSV had to accept a 15k penalty on top of it

Certain note allows the principal amount will increase by $15,000 and the discount rate of conversion price will decrease by 20% if the conversion price is less than $$0.10. As a result, the discount rate of conversion price changed from 50% to 70% and the Company recognized the penalty of $15,000 and recorded principal amount of $15,000.
