Snips. Do you realize he has insider information and has admitted it to this board! He can't buy or sell this stock. He admitted selling this week. He admitted buying this week and hinted that others should with what he knew. Now he can't sell those shares as he has insider information! He is stuck and I hate to see a person put in that position. Do you understand that? He is not just a shareholder!

Maybe he tried to do good but should have consulted an attorney. Again he should not go to any meeting and meet with company officials and view non public documents as a shareholder! Make sure he understands this!
