Yeah, I would have preferred the organic way to get to that market cap value. Not by just issuing tons of shares. Really scratching my head at the logic behind the raise, or what those restricted shares are even for. Possible acquisition I guess if it is a legit increase. What about those preferred shares and the person that owned like half the previous O/S? Something is up, not sure what and if it's bad or good.

Have you tried emailing the company yet to see what they say?
