He should. He should also speak with an attorney before he goes and views non public company documents as a shareholder of this company! There are many civil lawsuits in the works. He is leaving himself wide open to being included. Stop receiving insider information which he has clearly received. You can PM him this.

I do to a point appreciate what he is trying to do. He seems like a nice guy but he is leaving himself wide open to be included. It is one thing to pump a stock when you don't know that they have committed illegal trading. Now he knows it, he repoted it to us and he becomes entwined in the continued fraud. He is now the mouthpiece for the CEO and President who have admitted they sold shares that violated SEC trading law!

If he is a friend please convince him to speak to an attorney before he has any more communication with anyone involved with this company! I am very serious here and really don't wish him any harm.

If you are a friend of his you need to do this for him. He seems to have a nice family and the problem is all of his trading activity can be considered "insider" and placed under a microscope. He recently sold, must have heard something bad from Petar or Steve, he bought back, must have heard something good from them. Now he is stuck cause if he owns as many shares as I think he does he CANT sell them because he has received insider information!

Be a friend if you are one and convince him to speak with an attorney!
