Can EWLL claim bankruptcy n leave shareholders with the bag sound like that is what is going on here. Y would they bring unwanted baggage?? Just leave the bags and move on with the merger is that legal? I’m guessing it is perfectly ok to do and probably has been done plenty times before. These are the actual concerns this board should be debating not pump or dump mystery solving.
