Of course they exercised their 40K warrants...and kicked themselves for not gettin' more on the deal! lol

Their debt financing comes from Cornell...and nets'em 6%-8%...But the real $$$ come from warrants and shares included in the deal...

AVCP holds a tad under 10% of GITH shares...It may not look like much as it's tradin' sub-penny...but I believe a run is coming...similar and/or better than TIXC...We had a one-day P&D run on it a couple months ago...and it ran 400% to .09 on 7M traded...while OS is 423M...Same deal here as TLBT...Mgmt has issued new shares to obtain majority voting...Co has yet to file so we don't know disposition of shares...

GITH is in the temp IT Biz and Prez Clark says they're activly looking at acquisition candidates...and may have already acquired a "headhunter" with connections to several major Co's...We're expecting two years of financials (to qualify for OTCBB)...an SB2...and announcements regarding events/acquisition(s)...

Someone's been maintaining GITH's sp below sub-penny for the past two weeks...as buys during Market hrs are covered by a block crossing at the bid afterhours...I take it as Cornell or someother CD holder keeping sp down for better share conversion...Once they're done...should be able to run the stock with expected News and filings...

BTW...Just talked w/Prez Pat of CYOS...He may have an acquisition for us in January...Stock's a good Momo play and should react well on any positive announcement...
