Total opinion piece. Not one shred of fact just like PMCB provide not one shred of fact with anything they do. What did you expect the PPS to be after the company doubled the share count by selling half a penny shares. The only fault of this ready to go sub-penny company is the company. Tin foil hat conspiracy theories are just that. Trying to get naïve investors to buy because of others loses is sad.
