Brew has done one of the best explainations that I have seen on this board. Take it one step further and examine what code is commercially available, and what is unique to NEOM - and folks may understand why it is so easy to bypass NEOMs IP. As I have been saying for a long time....NEOM needs to focus on marketing a set of functions to customers - and quit trying to play the IP game. They should be able to save customers significant time/cost other alternatives like developing their own code - and provide a comprehensive package. Good story...if they could do a better job of demonstrating viability (I would bet the beta was a flop), and getting ahead of the game.
