What does this have to do with selling 20 million dollars of brew house equipment in the next 18 months? There's always shady stuff going on with penny stocks because they usually have little or no money to start with! As long as they make the stock run over .02 or .03 in the next couple months I'll be happy! I'm not going to marry the company!
