Nothing has officially been put into that shell yet. And the GRN LLC/Costello bought the shares of that shell. The LLC did not merge into the shell. They created a different entity and still over a year later there are no financial details of any of the companies they are making deals with. All deals are “related party transactions in that Mr. Justin Costello, our sole director, officer and manager of our majority shareholder, GRN Funds, LLC, is an affiliate, shareholder, owner or manager of each respective entity.” They are currently churning out press releases no fo BINDING LOIs with each company but still no details of the actual valuations or cost to current shareholders.

And manufacturing 360 llc bought controlling shares RVDO and put another company controlled by Costello/ Hawkins into it - Hempstract. Manufacturing 360 llc was not the merging entity.
